Shared Boat Tour to the Amalfi Coast

Always considered one of the most beautiful areas in the world, the Amalfi Coast is a must on a journey to discover southern Italy. Amalfi and Positano are the most representative cities of the coast and every year host hundreds of thousands of tourists. Positano with its alleys and its craftsmen, Amalfi with its history as a maritime republic, as well as its cathedral and the uniqueness of its paper mills.

Program of the tour:

In about 30 minutes we will arrive at the Island of li Galli, where we will stop to admire a real little paradise. The second stop is the ancient city of Amalfi, a fishing village where we will visit the Cathedral and the Paper Museum. The third stop will be the enchanting Positano where our guests can go down to admire the beauty of the village. On the way between Amalfi and Positano, we will visit the fjord of Furore, considered one of the most beautiful areas in Italy, and the beautiful village of Praiano. In addition, on our way back we will admire the fjord of Crapolla and the beautiful island of Eduardo de Filippo.
Embark at Marina di Seiano or, on request, from others ports as Piano di Sorrento, Sorrento, Massa Lubrense or Castellammare di Stabia
Duration: 8 hours (from 9.30am to 5.30pm)

We had a wonderful day visiting Capri aboard the Principessa Patty. Our party was made up of 2 couples and we were joined by 3 other couples. The boat was amazing, absolutely pristine and Captain Giovanni was a great host/guide. We toured the coastline of Capri and shown the various grottos and the Faraglioni Arch, stopping a while to allow us time to swim off the boat. We then were dropped off on the island and had a lovely afternoon ashore. The whole trip was a memorable experience and would highly recommend Alfamarine,we definitely felt in safe hands through the trip.

Our family of 5 booked a private coast tour in a twin engine 8 ft boat with our captain of the day Marko. We set sail from where we were staying Hotel Le Encore at Vico Eguense and headed south to Amalfi where we made land for a couple of hours. Then we made our way back slowly close to the coast to take in the most amazing views. A 20 minute swim brake was also added. Roughly 8 hours in total and worth every euro. Would highly recommend.

We reserved a boat that could accommodate 12 people (paid guests of Fitcation; our Amalfi Coast tour company). Giovani was our skipper and Marco was his 1st mate. They were 10 minutes early for our pickup at Arienzo Beach. The dock wasn’t out yet so Marco stepped into the water and helped our guests on board. We stopped to swim between the Islands of the Sirens, took a tour of Capri Island, stopped for lunch, and then swam some more. There was plenty of wine, beer and very nice Italian snacks. Giovani shared his mother’s lemoncello (excellent). Giovani made everyone feel as if his boat was their boat. We’ll be using them again. On time, knowledgeable and fun to hangout with.
